So, Ive currently got the following peptides on the way. BPC-157, TB-500, CJC (No Dac), Ipamorelin, NAD+, and DSIP. I've done a fair bit of research into all of these peptides and more including fourm posts, Youtube videos, Pep-pedia, and Reddit (peoples experiances). Do you guys see any conflicts here or anything that seems not-so-great?

My planned dosing schedule is as follows. I plan to pull BPC/ TB into the same syringe and take only in the morning. I plan to take CJC/ IPA into the same syringe as well and before bed.

MON -

Reta: 1.5mg

BPC: 0.5mg

TB: 1mg

DSIP: 0.2mg

CJC/ IPA: 0.25mg

TUES -

BPC: 0.5mg

NAD+: 100mg

DSIP: 0.2mg

CJC/ IPA: 0.25mg

You might want to do 25 and then 50mg in your first couple of shots of NAD, just to assess tolerability and then titrate to 100. That's how they scheduled it in the Mitochondria Protocol. I didn't find it problematic at all, but apparently some people do.

Thats good to know thanks! I ran my schedule by ChatGPT/ Claude and they convinced me to lower the dose to 100mg. But you're right, it may be best to go even lower.

Revised Schedule

So, what I notice right away is that you’re using CJC w/DAC. Nothing inherently wrong with that, but extended half life should be considered. A lot of protocols cite 1 mg/week, or 500 mcg/2x week. Some say 1.5 mg, or 2x 750 mcg. Not sure I’ve seen 5x/week for No DAC.

Ipamorelin dose, if you’re doing 1x/day… maybe 500 mcg? If you workout casually or moderately that might be good. I go with 450 in the winter, 600 when I’m out at golf tourneys, or winter training weeks. And I use no DAC. It mimics natural GH pulses a bit more accurately.

Just a quick note, AI is great for peptide info, but when there are very similarly named variants, it often pulls the most popular one (no DAC in this case).

Last, have you run DSIP for awhile? What has your experience been like?

This makes my nerdy heart race.
I read posts like these and it makes my head spin. I have an Excel spead sheet to keep track of my pins and weighs. That's plenty enough to confuse me me. 😆

Hahaha my work life is end to end spreadsheets, tables and graphs.

Thanks for your response. So there's a huge typo on the sheet, the one I ordered is "no DAC". That's the one I'll be using. As for the IPA, so do you think .4mg per day would be more appropriate?

So I haven't tried DSIP before, a lot of this is going to be "research". I really just ordered a bunch of peps that seemed promising to me.

You might consider starting with one peptide, living with it for a bit and then one-by-one layering them in.

How will you know what's working and what isn't if you hit your system with everything at once? This definitely isn't an if-GLP-agonists-are-miraculous-more-peptides-are-better.

I started GLP grey in August. Switched products Jan. 6 weeks later, layered in something else. Running it for 3 months before I decide if it's working or not. This second one is slower acting than GLP-1. Athough to look at @FarmgirlRebel you'd never know it.

(Edit for typo)

Ohh, this makes much more sense. So, are they blended, or separate? If they’re blended, you can try a rapid titration schedule. For example, I did 200 mcg (100 mcg each) my first 2 days to make sure things didn’t go poorly. The other 3 days that week, I did 400 mcg (200 mcg each). Eventually landed on 700 mcg (350 mcg each).

Only thing I’ll mention, you might get a niacin flush warmth in the face. I’m one of the weirdos that kinda like it. And a bit of a heart rate increase. Both go away in 30-45 minutes.

Let me know how DSIP works for you, I’ve heard it’s either a godlike sleep aid, or absolutely nothing. Curious to hear your experience!
