Thoughts on MKM

Cassie never responded on Telgram but I was able to contact her on Whatsapp. Early this morning I requested a refund if they did not have what I originally ordered. She said she had to check with the manager of the company when they open. She just responded that they now have 2 of the 3 peptides I originally ordered. I asked for 2 other peptides to substitute for the missing one and She said yes and they will ship today. The 2 substitutes were worth slightly more than the missing peptide. Today is 9 days after I originally ordered. I will keep everyone updated when they arrive and how they test.

Update: on Dec22 I was told I would get a tracking number in 2 to 3 days. Its Dec30 with no tracking number yet. I sent message asking what's going on. Cassie sent me a USPS tracking number that was created Dec 24. Still waiting for package is the status. Order was paid for on Dec12. 18 days so far.

Update: on Dec22 I was told I would get a tracking number in 2 to 3 days. Its Dec30 with no tracking number yet. I sent message asking what's going on. Cassie sent me a USPS tracking number that was created Dec 24. Still waiting for package is the status. Order was paid for on Dec12. 18 days so far.

Its been 38 days since I made the order. The tracking number still shows no activity. This is officially the longest I have waited for a package from China. On Jan 15 Cassie said it would be in the us on the 17th but it is not.

Sadly this does not surprise me. I'm honestly beginning to think this is a sham "company" trying so hard to prove they're legit, when they're really not. I hope things work out for you.

On Jan 13 (32 days) I asked if we should think about a re-ship. Shortly after Cassie said it will arrive in the US on the 17th. Last night she said she was going to check the "office" but she never got to back to me.

Just reading through all of the updates and lack of customer service confirms that I will not be purchasing from them. I am new to grey, and there are several decent vendors with better customer service to choose from as I embark on my grey world journeys.

But they sure as hell will continue to post unverifiable "customer reviews" and not listen to what potential customers have to say. Shady all around. They're number one on my list of vendors never to buy from. They still never said anything addressing the issue of reselling HK Peptides.

MKM was my first grey-market purchase, and it will definitely be my last. Never again.

I paid on 6th November 2025, but payment confirmation took an unreasonable amount of time despite me providing clear evidence multiple times. I was repeatedly told it needed approval from the “finance manager,” which only dragged things out further.

Communication was extremely poor throughout the process. I was constantly chasing them on WhatsApp, where Andre regularly ignored messages. Each time I was told he would ship “in a few days,” nothing happened unless I followed up again. It felt like a constant game of cat and mouse.

Eventually, I received a shipping label and tracking information, but only after persistent reminder. The package finally arrived on 22nd December, meaning the entire process took over six weeks for a China-to-UK shipment.

Overall, the lack of transparency, slow payment confirmation, delayed shipping, and poor communication made this a stressful and frustrating experience. I would not recommend MKM and won’t be buying from them again.

I only ordered once. My experience was great. However, I'm trying to figure out crypto now so I can use more vendors.

I initially used them due to accepting PayPal. But now after reading all these not so great experiences, I probably wont use them again.

All of these comments and unhappy customers kind of makes me sad. I have used MKM 3 times now with no issues at all well maybe one and that was 2 things I ordered were out of stock. My 1st order took 12 days from order date to arrive second order took 10 days and my last order was 17 days. The 17 days was the longest and that was also including holidays. They have good prices as far as I have seen

I was really nervous about using crypto at first, but it was way easier than I thought it would be. Trust me, if I was able to figure it out anyone can figure it out. The only problem I faced was my own impatience with waiting for funds to settle. The thread on Crypto Corner was super helpful.

You would think Peptides are bad. I delved into homage watches. Ordered a fake TAG Heuer and it took 20 days to even ship.

"We contacted the customs department yesterday. It seems they have detained the goods. They asked us to wait for two days to see if they will release them. If not, we will arrange for a re-shipping."

I was hoping to be testing Cartilax and Bronchogen by now!!!

It is starting to look like lessthanhalf was correct. I just got an updated pricelist/inventory list that has all the original peptides I ordered crossed off or gone. I have a feeling the re-ship will never happen. Let's see if they will return bitcoin. Here is the latest pricelist/inventory:

That doesn't sound good at all. It's Monday morning there now. Maybe reach out on TG and see if the re-ship has processed. If not, I would definitely request a refund at this point.

I strongly suspect that that is exactly what the smaller CN vendors are up too.

Way back in the 80s/90s, I led a somewhat fringe existence and inadvertently obtained more than a fair share of spidey street sense, and it tells me: where there's cash to be made, there will be cash made no matter how below-board the process.

Right on. my only personal thought is to have it tested ( min a free the scammers manipulating test results for profit at Finnrisk test? )and hope it matches the purity from the COA. because I do not think one can test when these things were made. What do you think?

I requested a refund on TG. She said she will check this afternoon and if they are out of stock she will refund btc. If they do send a package I will definitely be doing tests. It will be expensive but worth it. I don't think the scammers manipulating test results for profit at Finnrisk will test Catralax or Bronchogen.
