Cagri too if you’re on that as well!

You can look into Taurine, to help mitigate the Reta's increase in heart beat. I take 4000mg a day, relatively cheap too. I don't know how quick it works, but there is a reason you find it in alot of energy drinks.deluge said:I've been on 10mg/6d Tirz for 2 months, and the weight loss stalled; I added Cagri .5mg/6d offset by 3d.
I started Reta 1mg/6d but stopped after the 2nd dose. My work requires passing a rather extensive physical and among the issues is BP/heart rate/ECG. I figured I'd best lay off on the peps that raise heart rate.
In the same vein, I started taking VIP 200mcg/d due to its' vasodilator effect. Once this physical is behind me I'll probably resume the Reta or possibly up my Tirz dose.
I'm so close to having lost 50lbs, but can't quite get there!

AI: Key Effects of Taurine on Heart Rate and Cardiovascular Health
Reduced Heart Rate: Meta-analyses of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) have shown that taurine significantly reduces HR by roughly 3.579 bpm.
Blood Pressure Reduction: Studies show a significant reduction in systolic blood pressure (SBP) by an average of 3.999 mm Hg and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) by 1.435 mm Hg.
I take 5mg 2X a day of Tadalafil as well, it does help with BP (which is what it was originally designed for) a little bit for me. For me it's more for blood flow, helping with post surgical repair and a cardiovascular preventative as I can't take Nsaids for Arthritis. I just get it GoodRx 90 days at a pop, might be a good option as well for BP control.
