Yo! I am actually now at 169ibs since writing this post (my loss has slowed down now I am at a lower weight). Reta 5-6mg per week, around the 10 to 15mg on tirz weekly. healthier choices (been slipping recently, but I think it's due to another medical issue), more walking and moving, and gym occasionally.

Just some positive vibes from me today. Officially hit the 180ib mark today. If you scroll through my post history, i think i posted here back in october for the first time, around the 220ish mark down from 240 on compounded tirz.

So so so happy to share i hit the 60ib loss. Aiming for 140 but god damn I feel like a new woman. Reta and tirz stack for me has been fucking magic, I will never stop. thank you so much to this community for the everything, i would have never taken the leap if I hadnt found this forum.
