I strongly suspect they're just ripping off those of us sending in lyophilized products knowing we can't follow up.

And here’s another reason why I’ll be keeping a “wide berth”. How did they manage to test purity levels above 100%?? Its either poor testing, poor reporting, poor oversight….or all the above? Either way, it’s super weird.

Some (stupid) labs report purity as percentage of label amount. This is nonsense and makes the purity even more misunderstood than it already is.
 
Listen - I just want to know how many seamonkeys are in my SRY vial, okay? And to double check the 103% purity.
