A few people that I have seen around the forums that take it long-term dose every 2-3 days. This reduces the total teso in your body but doesn't do anything to help you clear it from your body faster.FloridaThistle said:

The other challenge is inconsistencies in pill dosage for a 500mcg it could be 400mcg or 600mcg all in the same bottle. It's called Teso roulette. If you are just starting, I recommend you start low (like 125mcg) for a couple of days to see how you react. The pills are small through and hard to split into four. Also, I would stick with pills and not capsules as they are easier to splt.FloridaThistle said:

With Tirz, Cagri and Reta, my BP is 99/62 in am, 109/72 pm. Was over 140 before. HR 70-72, was near 80 before peps. I did read about temporary HR increase with Reta, but no increase so far.peptideusername said:

Yes, I really did not feel this med til like 2 weeks in. I felt maybe a bit twacked out within the first few days but I was still hungry. Then one day I realized I felt like I was going to puke after I ate something. I took Teso one 250mg pill every 7 to 9 days for about 6 months. I recently stopped regular dosing and I'm weaning off (no sure if that is necessary though). I wasn't noticing any good effects for the past couple of months like more focus or energy and I was not interested in upping my dose.
One thing that always concerned me about Teso is I read some article that it has a very close chemical structure to coc@ine . That always freaked me out and I wonder if it would show up on a drug test. the 9 day half life also freaks me out.
