I purchased a vial of Tesamorelin to try before going and purchasing a whole kit. Followed their directions to a T and reconstructed it this morning, all look good and popped it into the fridge to pin before bed.

Just gone to stab myself and the vial is literally jelly / solid. I've left it out a good half hour its not changing form.

I've gone over my steps against how I was told to reconstruct and I know I did it right so 🤷🏻‍♀️

Has this happened to anyone?

I was told to mix as attached and in further research Chatgpt said directions are right and Google tells me to never mix acetic acid with it so again 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes this is from a reseller, yes I've chastised myself for just blindly doing what I was told 😅

How much Tesa and how much bac did you recon? The attachment is for Mots.....

Happened to me the first 2 vials.... my bac was about 60days old, aqua science i think. Tried a fresh vial of another brand bac and was g2g....tesa must have a tight ph window, like above poster mentioned.

Usually is a BAC water issue.

I just got tessa, and ready to try it, well, almost. Lol. Using hospira on a 10mg 3ml vial, home much bac to add, and how many iu's total would it be? Im lookong to start with 1 iu a day, and then move to 2 in a week or two

I used 2ml bac for 10mg vial. 1mg dose is 20 units, 2mg dose is 40 units.

Is it the norm to mix with acetic acid though? I'm seeing a mix of yes and no, does anyone here mix with acetic acid?

Absolutely no acetic acid. I'd your tesamorelin is gelling, your vendor probably used the wrong excipients. Ask for a refund.

It could be due to several things with storing the reconstituted tesa in the refrigerator and not at room temperature be one of them. There are different opinions on this but may be worth a try.

I have also read that reconstituting tesa with less bac water could cause the tesa to layer up on itself and turn into a gel like substance.

It could very well be due to the bac water itself. I am currently pinning tesa but without the acetic acid. I have 5 mg vials that I reconstitute with 1 ml bac. Personally, I would use 4ml (low ph) bac to reconstitute a 20 mg vial. Despite all this my tesa turned out slightly cloudy (but never gelled) and once I filter, it's crystal clear. My vendor advised to use sterile water but I am happy with how it looks after it's filtered.

Lastly, it may just be that you have had a bad batch. Have you tried using a different bac water? I'd definitely raise this with the vendor if you haven't already.

What are you talking about? iu on tesa, Mg's for tesa and iu for hgh.

She's sending me a replacement vial. As I said I bought one to try before I purchase a whole kit. I'm going to just use BAC water this time around and no acetic acid so fingers crossed. 🤞

No issues with my 10mg Tesa. Recon with 1cc Hopsira BAC. Taking 2mg (20 unit).
