I have had history with taking Reta. Noticed 0 side affects (hair has got thinner but assuming thats not caused by reta hopefully) although I do have some stubborn body fat in areas that I have heard tesa is designed to target visceral/stubborn BF. I'd like to hear some thoughts from others before making a decision.

Tesa will aid the mid section fat breakdown, but diet and exercise will have to complement. Core workouts are preferred if your targeting the mid.

A typical 5 on 2 days off is recommended.

Why would core workouts be preferred for targeting mid section - spot reduce doesn't work if this is what you're suggesting, mid section is usually stubborn due to cortisol etc

Tesa is specifically designed for the mid section and from my research core workout helps. Peptides help aid the process. So if you workout around your mid section you'll see better results.
 
I didn't try Tesa yet, but it's typically good for visceral fat. it's the fat around organs in you body. so if you want to lose belly fat on top of your abs (beer belly), tesa wouldn't do much except maybe tigthen up a little. if you want to lose midsection fat, it's a calorie deficit that you need. So Reta or tirz will be better. it makes you less hungry and boost your metabolism. the fat on your belly may take longer to disapear.. if you can combo reta and tesa, you have the best of both. but Tesa is a lot more expensive.
