I am curious how many people supplement Taurine to help with the cardiovascular side effects of Reta. Here is a clip I found: Taurine Supplementation

I am in my late 50s and had an ablation back in 2021 (no episodes since). I started a few weeks ago and am titrating up VERY slowly (0.25 first week, 0.5 second week, and will do 0.75 this week).

Thanks! 🙂

I use taurine anyway since I'm mostly a vegetarian, and taurine can help with various things.

I buy the powder since it's cheaper:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C88H675D

I mix it in a beverage with creatine.

Ditto! I'm curious to know whether you found it difficult to meet protein goals while being vegetarian? Asking as someone on reta with low appetite but desire to preserve muscle.

Thanks! That's the version I bought! 🙂
