During a flare of sciatica, I was once prescribed a combo of gabapentin, meloxicam, and duloxetine (low doses for each except 15 mg of meloxicam).

So I just get that stuff from India now and take as needed, like a week before going to a concert, along with a quarter of a marijuana gummy for muscle tension. I may try soma sometime instead of the gummies.

That’s good to know that combo worked for you. A couple years ago I had a bad sciatica flare up. Due to a herniated disc and a bulging disc that I injured a few months prior. Hurt so bad I went to ER. They gave me two shots one was decadron and the other was toradol. And scripts for flexeril, prednisone, and lidocaine patches. It worked to calm it down. I still had the lingering mild sciatica pain but could move and do my job again. When it flared up, I was worthless it hurt to do anything. Luckily no flare ups in 2 years and hardly ever have radiating pain down my leg. My low back still bothers me sometimes but for the most part doesn’t prevent me from doing anything.

I’ve also been considering trying soma and will definitely throw some in my next order. Would be good to have on hand for muscle spasms and it’s cheap. From what I’ve read it’s very effective too highest rated muscle relaxer on drugs.com by patients. 9.1 out of 10 which is a very high score. Flexeril is rated at 6.1. Also at-least from my source flexeril is over twice as expensive as soma.

India pharmacy is great, but Customs is making it known that they are aware. Y/Y seizures/detention of goods are up 25%

It is taking longer for customs for my India orders. It was 24 hours each time and now it is three days (3 days for my last customs clearance and at least three days currently). Not a big deal at all but could easily coincide with a crackdown.

And when you order from India, the reship policy is usually just a 50 percent discount. So you are out half the value of your order, if seized.

Yea my most recent order took 2 days 8 hrs in customs. No issue though. I’m guessing your India pharm source has super cheap prices and that’s why they charge you 50% for a reship. My source will re-ship for free if seized. Never needed a reship and he states 97% of packages get through 1st time and nearly 100% if a reship is needed. Prices are still good but I know vendors directly off India mart are cheaper. I created an account on India mart to look around and so many vendors kept calling and sending me emails it was so annoying. Said hell with it lol

My favorite India pharm for GLP1 symptoms is

Ondaheal 4mg which are $1.20 for 10 of them. It’s healing pharm brand of what is better known as “zofran” Game changer for nausea. Not medical advice and take it sparingly but I so wish I had them when I first got on sema and felt like shit very frequently. I take it once a week sometimes twice. I use to have days where I’d skip working out because I was nauseous and had no appetite. Now I can take a zofran and then I am able to eat and fuel myself for a workout.

I haven't had an order from Kawal seized yet, but it's inevitable. I may just do all my "kosher" meds (the same ones that could be found at a

U folks are on 70 meds and scaring me a tad... what's wrong with generic omeprazole from dollar general for heartburn and reflux. Christ were banging stacked glp1's, mainlining glutathione and pinning what 4 other things? Kidney/liver/pancreas overload. Hope the glutathione protects the liver....

OTC meds are not necessarily safer than Rx or made in the US. Walmart-brand ibuprofen is made in India, China, and the US, and may be more likely to cause kidney issues than meloxicam.

The GLPs usually help liver values, as in my case. When I took absolutely nothing and weighed more is when my values were off. Most of the meds I get are for PRN use, micro dosing, or something for a pet based on their previous refills. Like today I took three oral medications.

I have also had a lot of bad luck with docs, including one arrested a few years ago for human trafficking. He was the most popular doc in the area. My first psychiatrist was also popular but was given a long sentence for one of the largest Medicare fraud cases in history.

And the docs who weren't committing crimes didn't even want to prescribe cholesterol medication. I did have two really good nurse practitioners but they both moved sooner than later.

So I try to just have my own little mini pharmacy at this point. And I do my own labs every month or two, mostly due to taking TST (120 mg per week).

My liver values are great and use to be on the top of the “normal range”. I eat better, and quit drinking alcohol 4 years ago, I also have been taking 1200 mg oral NAC supplement for 2 years. I also self administer TRT and have for about 18 months. I do my own labs once a year and use my health insurance for the other time. So I do labs every 6 months. PrivateMDlabs is the cheapest I’ve found for labs.

I like having my own little pharmacy as well and take things PRN. I have purchased stuff that I’ve been prescribed in the past that worked well. It’s so cheap and can get you feeling better faster without a doctors appointment. I haven’t needed them but I bought ear drops that are the same as I was prescribed when I got sand stuck in my ear boogie boarding and I got an ear infection. I tried to self treat it for 2 weeks with OTC stuff to no avail. The prescription drops had me feeling better in like 3 days. The ones I got from India were 72 cents, so even if I don’t need them not out much.

I’ve had insomnia my whole life since I was in middle school and have treated it with over the counter stuff forever. Now I enjoy a goodnight of sleep once or twice a week after taking some zopiclone. Long as you’re smart about what you take and do thorough research you’ll be okay. I have a stash of antibiotics but didn’t take them for either of the two colds I got this year. I haven’t taken an antibiotic in over 5 years. All I’m trying to say is self medicating is safe but you need to do your research. Because something as simple as taking antibiotics for a cold every year is really stupid. Also don’t abuse any of the meds and always make sure there are not any bad interactions between anything else you take. Stay educated and stay healthy my friends.

For some fat burning and energy, I often use daily or twice-daily clen (the non-steroid oral stimulant clenbuterol) at ideally only 20-40 mcg per day.

Clen seems a lot less risky over the long-term than AASs like tren, including for the liver.

Ur right. I'm running 200mg tren and 200mg test 10 weeks to get these traps poppin.... I'm down 24lbs but my pants size is the same, a 36... lot of my weight loss came from upper body muscle, and tren although toxic has an insane anabolic rating and gets amazing results relatively quick.

I was aware that if I didn’t stop drinking, it would eventually lead to my demise. At the age of 12, my friends and I began drinking a few times a month. By the time I was 15, it had become a weekly occurrence. Over time, I became a daily drinker. Despite being an alcoholic, I always managed to attend work and achieve success. I never drank in the morning but would stop at a gas station and have a few drinks on my way home. For approximately seven years, I would consume around 12 beers if I had work the following day, while on my days off, I would drink more than 20.

The root cause of my daily drinking was a severe shoulder injury I sustained at the age of 21, which caused immense pain. To numb the discomfort, I began drinking every night. Prior to this injury, I binge drank twice a week. Subsequently, a few other injuries followed, further reinforcing my daily drinking habits. Eventually I healed most of my injuries, but developed severe anxiety and even experienced panic attacks that resulted in emergency room visits due to thinking I was dying. Realizing the urgent need for significant change in my life, I decided to quit drinking. Within the next six months, my anxiety levels significantly decreased. This alone has made choosing not to drink an effortless decision. Life with severe anxiety is a living hell, and my alcohol consumption exacerbated my baseline anxiety levels. I get peptides from China but I have been having difficulties getting my Dr/Endocrinologist to prescribe TRT the last 2 years and just generally done with messing with them or going to some newly sprouted Mens Health Clinic that will charge me 10X and give me less info than I already have.

I personally have never bought Indian Test even though it’s pharma. I have only bought test-c twice in 10 vial orders and both times from china. Price range is $10-$20 per 10 ml vial from china. I’ve never bought from domestic but I know it cost more. I think most of the Chinese test comes from the same lab. Hepius and Stromusc are sold by multiple vendors. I’ve never had a problem with any Chinese test. My bloodwork has always been where it should be and no infections. I have some Hepius now that I got for $10 a vial from SSA before they shutdown and prior to that I used 10 vials of Ultima that ran me $21 a vial a couple years ago from osgear. I wouldn’t recommend osgear there are better sources but I was brand new to everything and they were the top source on eroids a forum I also don’t recommend but it worked out and the test-c was legit.

I’d recommend spending time reading on MESO. It’s very informative and a lot of great info on there with all things involved in PEDS.

Raws have been in short supply/almosr nonexistent this last year, and Janoshik said he was seeing a lot of poor quality raws. Highly recommend going with a vetted source who tests theirs before brewing and who reimburses for bloodwork or your own tests. There are some good vendors on Meso.

Clen makes me shaky all day. Have you tried Albuterol? It’s inhaled and is supposed to have a shorter half life.
