I see T120 being advertised with some vendors. I wonder why someone would buy such a huge volume in a single vial? Is it folks running a med spa and using it for multiple clients? For an individual, even at 15mg/week, it would take 8 weeks to consume. I'm only on 5mg/week so my T30s will take 6 weeks. Just curious, still learning. Thanks.

Was literally wondering the same thing, then I saw someone say they used peps on their horses and made a bit more sense 🤣

I had assumed that research folk only used vials for 4 weeks but I’m guessing they can be run longer?

Likely the cheapest price per mg.

What’s the downside? 8 weeks is inside my comfort level for tirz.

I have 140mg Reta coming, I can use it myself without issue. I bought it because it was the cheapest way to buy grams… same reason I buy T120.

I got those feom HPT and think they are 309. I ended up sharing them with others and heres where they are headed.

One is a big 450 pound guy, who takes 20mg each dose.

And the other t120 taker has 4 immediate family members that she provides for and has been getting 4 vials at a time, they all hit one bottle.and then move to the next. Started using t120's and LOVES THEM.

I tried here and on telegram to fet a coa for those, but no dice. But the people taking it have zero complaints.

I get that it's cheapest per mg. I guess 8 weeks would probably be at the top end of my comfort zone, but 24+ weeks is not. As I am only on 5mg. 😛

The big hitters kit! It's only 30mg x 4 or like you say, 15mg x 8.

Assuming 5 or 6ml vials, I wouldn't have to split it into 2 vials. So to divide a full vial: 4ml/120mg would yield .5ml/15mg to suit me. The less you fuck with it the better. Fridge, dark, 8 weeks? Sure. What the pen people do? No idea?

Yep, it’s a balance based on dose, comfort levels, and options on hand.

Depending, high side for me is 10 weeks for a reconstituted GLP and 90 days for Hospira, although I wouldn’t want to use 85 day old Hospira on a vial I plan to use for 10 weeks.

@chewonmysac Off topic but I just looked at the links in your sig. The endo one is super helpful! Thanks for sharing.

I know Hospira has a date stamp, but I've seen it sit on a vet's shelf for a loooooong time.

Sorry, I meant 90 days after first use, not unused vials expiring/shelf life.

Not Tirz, but I share a vial of R60 with three others.

Would totally be cheaper for us if we could get R120.

Someone up above mentioned R140.

At least for a T120 vial, I think that some folks on lower doses are planning on splitting into separate vials and freezing the reconstituted vial(s) until they need them. Tirzepatide is a hardy little peptide and freezing reconstituted vials is not an issue. I’m on a high dose, so a 120mg vial of tirzepatide will only last me 6 or 7 weeks.

So what size vial does T120 come in?
