Stacking Tirz with reta?

I don’t believe that Reta revs up metabolism that much. I mean if so, then you could dose less than Tirz. Maybe I’m not thinking right - I’m still sipping my morning coffee.
You do dose less than Tirze.. and the rise in heartrate is a sign of increased metabolism, I think..

“You do dose less with tirz”

Cautionary note: different peps, different dosing. Max recommended tirz = 15 mg whereas reta = 12.5 mg, and sema = 2.4 mg. So definitely not apples to apples comparison.

my diet's fine; mostly non-starchy vegetables, enough meat and pulses to hit my protein goals, and prenatal vitamins to keep my hair from being unfortunate. It's the tirz, and that's fine. I'm still MUCH better off being "kinda tired" right now than "helplessly watching myself edge up to and over the obesity line, the shade of my dropped-dead-last-September father staring me in the face while I count down twenty years to go the same way he did, and also not being able to wear my clothes and having to buy bigger ones." Lots of people say it goes away in time. The Survo really DID lessen it quite a bit, though.
Glucagon literally forces the body to burn fat. It hasn't been measured conclusively on reta, but it's estimated to be about 200 calories extra per day give or take.

I am stacking Reta with Tirze, but both low doses. I like it a lot.
Hey, how long have you been stacking?

Did you see any improvements? Did it work?

Would you please recommend a titration schedule?

I'm stacking both on lower doses. 5.5mg tirz and 1mg reta. Working very well for me. I will probably eventually apm up the reta and reduce the tirz to see how that works. But as long as this is working I'll keep it as is.
Hi, how much weight did you lose with stacking tirz+reta?

I have lost 52 lbs. in a year, so not dramatic compared to many but significant for me. my bmi is under 22.

At highest dose; I reached a weekly avg of 3mg each of tirz , and Reta

I started with .25mg of tirz.. then went up to .5 and slowly went up after that. The goal was micro dosing and I did feel effects at those low doses. I increased the number of pins rather than higher dose each at first.

eventually I was doing every other day. I added Reta about 4 months in, started at .25 and went up after I was sure it was all good. . Reta did give me a higher heart rate and some skin effects at first and when I titrated up. I switched to every 3 days for each type, staggered by a day.

Now in maintenance; I am pinning each every 4 days; staggered by 2 days, so I pin every other day. I titrated down to 1mg for Reta and 1.2 for Tirz. per pin.

I did consult the GLP plotter for reference on timing and doses, which is very helpful..you can add two peptides and stagger days.

I stacked both and my fasting insulin sky rocketed. I suspect it was because the tirz + reta screwed up the balance with GIP + GLP1 that reta was designed for. So I don't recommend doing it. As soon as the tirz left my system, my fasting insulin returned to normal. The glucagon component in reta drives hyperglycemia, so I think it's a bit risky messing with GIP + GLP1 as I learned doing it and from my blood work.
That's interesting, I'd be interested in seeing if more people have experienced the same insulin increase.

I have a couple months before my next blood draw (first once since adding reta), so I'll update with my before and after results to add some more data for anyone else interested.

Should one start with reta, and then introduce tirz, the other way around, or start both at the same time?

Published safety guidelines warn against stacking glp meds. That said, many researchers in these spaces have had individual success stacking tirz and reta. Dosages, titration schedules and frequency are personal decisions.
Hi! Could you provide the schedule?
