I made my stack. All of them were clear when individually reconstituted. All were clear when added to a single vial. After a day of refrigeration it got thicker. More gel like. And a bit hazy. Still pulls easily into a 32g syringe. Still feels like it works. What Should I do.

10mg ipamorelin

10mg KPV

10mg bpc157

10mg tb500

10mg pe2228

50mg tesamorelin

I’m pretty sure the answer is throw it away but curious why this happened.

These peptides should not be blended together because they have different solubility requirements and are not the same pH stability. I would not be injecting this stack and would recommend you toss it.

Did you read somewhere that it was a good idea to put your stack into a single vial?

You put all of them into one vial? More than likely they didn't play well together in the same vial. I can understand someone thinking it's OK to make their own glow blend but why try mixing the others in?

Hey.. you messed up. Can happen.

Toss the vial and don't do it again.

KPV, BPC-157 and TB500 will play together just fine (these are also in 'Wolverine', GLOW and KLOW stacks).

Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin in one vial should be fine too.

I'd keep the PE2228 seperate at all times.

Tesa has a tendency to gel and could be affecting your solution. However, as others have said, wouldn't combine that many in one vial. If you want to reduce the number of pins, maybe consider drawing them all into a single syringe.

So I threw it away and started over with Tesa and ipa by themselves. I reconstituted 50mg Tesa and 10mg ipa with 3mL. It’s starting to thicken again. Did I ruin an entire kit in a matter of days?
