I started reta three weeks ago the 6th of april. I was 70kg (154lbs), 172cm. I am now 67kg (157lbs). 1mg a week.
Zero food noise.
I am not losing as much weight as some of you guys are, but I think it's because I was not obese and I am still constantly lifting weights every day and taking creatine.
Counting calories helped me realize that I was not even close to taking the correct dose of protein I needed (I need aroung 140g, I was maybe taking around 40g!). So by having good protein intake and taking reta, I think i'm doing some sort of body recomp where I am losing fat, but putting on more muscle, so the % of body fat is lower but my weight doesn't go down as fast.
I can actually see it though. My body is leaner. A colleague of mine told me that my face is also slightly skinnier (in a healthy way!) and damn, I look at myself in the mirror at the gym and I look very good.
I don't know if I will tritrate my dose to 2mg. It doesn't look like I need to.
That's it. I just wanted to share.
