So I just reconned my slu, I did one last night with .4 dmso and 1.6 bac (hospira). It reconned clear. I started reading something online that the slu called for only bac so I tried reconning it with only bac very slowly and it reconned just fine. So what the heck is going on. Is this really slu cause everything I read said it needed a strong solvent to recon. I know dmso is not supposed to be pinned but honestly non of these peps are supposed to be pinned.

Edit : the one I did with just bac water does have particles floating.

Mine should be to me next week, and the vendor stated that BAC only was to be used. Hope it works. If not, I will just toss. Just trying it to see if it works. Only grabbed a couple to see what all the hubbub was about. Keep us updated.

Wish I could help, I tried the slu pills back when it first came out and got nothing from it. Never tried injectable version. Interested to see if it works better.

How many MGs? I've been researching about it and it seems most pills have a low dosage. either 500mcg or up to 5mg. I just ordered 100mg tablets to try.

Yo, that high might work. I had 500mcg tabs and would take like 4 at a time so 2mg. But this was the ground floor dosing was all over the place and people were just yolo-ing.

Keep me posted on the 100s, I'd revisit slu if it works.

Bodybuilder who do their blood work regularly and do 2mg+ (oral)can see, that slu improves their Cholesterin significantly.

None of them claims other noticeable benefits.

I am not certain, but I think reconstitution for injection doesn't work with bac. If I remember correctly this required 2 other components.

What is the oral bioavailability of slu?
It's not studied. The studies are inject only and include a statement "there is no bioavailability". But this statement is supposed to say "we didn't check bioavailability"

Zero. According to the researchers who developed it. They are specifically making SLU 915 to have oral bioavailability because 332 has none.

I successfully reconned slu, with dmso and bac. I pinned myself yesterday for first time did 60 units which came out to be 1mg. The recon is tedious though.

An orally active estrogen receptor-related receptor agonist, SLU-PP-915, enhances aerobic exercise capacity - PubMed

Estrogen receptor-related receptors (ERRα, ERRβ, and ERRγ) are orphan nuclear receptors that regulate genes involved in mitochondrial biogenesis, oxidative phosphorylation, fatty acid oxidation, and the Krebs cycle. ERRs are essential for skeletal muscle adaptation to aerobic exercise and...

Link to the article about SLU 915 but here is screenshot of the part where they mention developing it for oral bioavailability because 332 lacks it:
