No it was from reliable Peptide Biohackers with a good amount of knowledge, but could be the dosing you did 100-200mg a day. From what little I know its usual way lower than that.

And yeah it was a steep dose. Probably that combined with the 1200 calorie deficit.

Lol been competing against myself for the last 9 weeks. Like 27lbs down 🤣
