Started on compounded tirzepatide on August 18th of last year. Quickly found this site, the grey market, and switched to Reta after about 2 months (ish). I have dropped 60 lbs. in that time, from 257 to 197. I lost a majority of that weight in the first 4 months and have been maintaining and trying to put on some muscle the last two to three months. 40 years old. 6'2". I have tried a majority of the most "popular" peptides and have found that what has seemed to work the best for me is testosterone, Reta, and some HGH sprinkled in here and there. Trying to lose another 7-8 lbs. of fat and really go at adding more muscle.

Congratulations!!! You are looking great!!!

Cracking work. Been contemplating dipping my toe in the water with HGH, but keep changing my mind! Making do with CJC/IPA for now but might revisit in a few months. Note you've got a CGM. Was that for pre-existing diabetes or just to keep an eye on levels with HGH?

I got it when I first started messing with Tesa/Ipa/CJC and just kind of kept it around since then. I do not see any sort of insulin resistance from the HGH or the secretagogues; I just like having something else to nerd out on. Lol.
