Shipment times?

Hi everyone,

Finally built up the courage to place my first order for tirz on Dec 9. Waited months and never received anything. I reached back out to the supplier and they said FedEx lost my package and they will reship. I was sent a new tracking number a couple of weeks ago and it still shows nothing. How long does it usually take to receive your orders in the US? Or did I just get scammed haha

CN orders usually take 2-3 weeks. It's customary to wait 30 days after getting a tracking number before contacting the vendor. I don't think the vendors keep track of whether orders get seized or lost in shipping, so it up to us to let them know a reship is needed. Also, you can usually get updates sooner at https://m.17track.net/en/track

Where did you get the vendor's contact info, and who initiated first contact? If the vendor sent you a dm first, you've been scammed. Otherwise, you never really know until your order never arrives or the vendor ghosts you.

Thank you for the information. I got the information from the vendor section of this forum and I initiated the first contact. After I contacted them about not receiving the order they did offer to refund or reship. This is my first time ordering so I am a bit nervous.

I don't blame you. I felt nervous too my first time.

Given this information, I think it's unlikely to be a scam. However, even well known and trusted vendors sometimes disappear suddenly, so we're never 100% sure. The waiting is hard at first, but you'll get used to it.
