I'm not familiar with ahkcu, so no help there. I will say my skin (face acne) has greatly improved since a couple weeks after starting my first ghkcu cycle. I also started using a blue and red light therapy mask at the same time so I can't definitively say which is most improving it but I'm really pleased regardless so I'll keep up both.Rickcaps said:What do you all think about ghkcu vs ahk cu?
What's your dosage like? And the cycle ?amosmylove said:I'm not familiar with ahkcu, so no help there. I'm doing 2.5 mg daily for the entire 100mg vial. Roughly 40 days/6 weeks on. Then a few week break and back on. I'm waiting on my first kit of ghcku to arrive and then I'll have to wait on testing so it'll line up okay time-line wise. From what I've read it's about 3 cycles in is when you truly notice skin rejuvenation/ legit appearance improvements. I have nice body skin but still get face acne so I'm looking forward to a clear complexion.Rickcaps said:What's your dosage like? And the cycle ?

I thought Ahk is better as topical for hair growth, don't think I have seen it forsale other than as a raw peptide?Rickcaps said:I am almost at 2.5 months of klow and I see my skin healing. Acne scars are slowly filling up.
Next up I'm researching a blend of ahk and ghk or half doses split 12 hours.
What I'm discovering is that it's both topical and subcutaneous. Ahk cu however has deeper penetration.CNCCurrency said:I thought Ahk is better as topical for hair growth

Where are you getting Lyophilized Ahk? Don't ever recall seeing it forsale. Or are you going to inject raw ahk?Rickcaps said:What I'm discovering is that it's both topical and subcutaneous. Ahk cu however has deeper penetration.
Not sure if I can write suppliers name here as it will go against the forum rules but yes there are people offering it.CNCCurrency said:Where are you getting Lyophilized Ahk? Don't ever recall seeing it forsale. Or are you going to inject raw ahk?

I highly doubt its LyophilizedRickcaps said:Not sure if I can write suppliers name here as it will go against the forum rules but yes there are people offering

You're an apprentice. Can't we talk about vendors now?Rickcaps said:Not sure if I can write suppliers name here as it will go against the forum rules but yes there are people offering it.
Oh yes just realized that. It's jklamosmylove said:You're an apprentice. Can't we talk about vendors now?
Confirmed with the supplier that it is freeze dried powder.CNCCurrency said:Where are you getting Lyophilized Ahk? Don't ever recall seeing it forsale. Or are you going to inject raw ahk?

I just got some from one of this forum's vendors' US warehouse. I am now trying to hunt down the cosmetic raw powder. I saw a promo recently and now I can't find it!CNCCurrency said:Where are you getting Lyophilized Ahk? Don't ever recall seeing it forsale. Or are you going to inject raw ahk?

What is your dosing for the BPC157? I am likely going to do these as separate vs the blend as well, and trying to determine how much of each and when. I am aiming to speed the healing of my shoulder surgery up, and hoping to regain a little of the atrophied muscle mass from sitting around this long!Researcher6076 said:I started with the blend when I didn't know any better. Now I'm doing seperate, but in the same syringe. Ghk-cu, kpv every day. BPC-157 on resistance trading days. Tb-500 only added in if I have an acute injury. Plus I can vary my doses seperately, which I do from time to time.
BPC-157 will absouletly help soft tissue healing. GHK-Cu will help too with scarring. (You know a zinc suppliment is manditory with GHK-Cu?domin8brix said:What is your dosing for the BPC157? Thank you so much! Sounds like the back of the operative arm might be ideal...nearish the injury.Researcher6076 said:BPC-157 will absouletly help soft tissue healing. GHK-Cu will help too with scarring. (You know a zinc suppliment is manditory with GHK-Cu?
From my personal BPC-157 research notes:
We have no randomized human trials to guide dosage for BPC-157. Relying on biological mechanisms, some animal data, and consistent human reports, the following doses and patterns might make sense.
For specific injury repair
100–500 mcg SC , with 250 mcg being most common, once or twice daily
SC near the injured area if possible, but systemic injection is OK
2–8 weeks based on injury
For chronic injuries, aging, stiffness
100–500 mcg SC , with 250 mcg being most common, once weekly
Continuously

I was taking 55mg of zinc daily while taking KLOW, and my blood test STILL showed a zinc deficiency.domin8brix said:I actually have been taking 50mg zinc almost daily for a few years--though I am curious if it might be TOO much in combination?
