Currently on 2iu nightly. May got to morning and evening. But, extremely happy with it as is.
No, you cannot say what dose of tesamorelin corresponds to what dose of hgh because it's highly variable from person to person. Either way you go, you should check your igf1 after awhile because 3iu of hgh might be lowering your igf1 levels, or 1mg tesamorelin might put you on the upper range of safe igf1 levels.Such1943 said:My TRT blood work doesn’t include IGF-1, but I’m planning to add it. I’m also looking into adding HGH and weighing the pros and cons compared to a Tesa/IPA approach. I’m not as worried about the cancer growth risks, but I am concerned about carpal tunnel, water retention, and joint pain. I’m guessing most of these side effects wouldn’t be an issue at a lower 3–4 IU dose of HGH, but there’s still the added headache of dialing in the right dosage. From what I’ve seen, Tesamorelin 2 mg at bedtime plus Ipamorelin 250 mcg three times daily is considered roughly equivalent to about 3.5–4 IU of HGH, but who really knows. At that point, it might even be easier and cheaper to just go with HGH.
