where do u guys inject? i read on chatgpt that 2 inches to the side of your belly (lower belly basically) is prime so i've done that. curious to see where others do honestly

I pretty much do it wherever. Stomach, hip, arms, thighs, around my knee… depends on what I’m injecting. The MOTS-C and BPD are around my knee because I have heard they help more if injected near an injury…

I just started retatrutide and have done like 5 shots so far, I am a noob too. I usually just do my lower stomach and switch sides every 2 shots

I was bored today, so I tried my thigh with a cold shot just to try something new. Not my favorite. I have enough real estate on my abdomen that I think that is probably going to be my new go-to. It stung a bit more. Guess my belly is less sensitive than my thighs.

Thigh should be the inner front thigh

For abdomen, always stay at least two inches from navel (there are lots of nerves around the navel area)

And it hurts less than anywhere else (for me).
