Vendor will not be disclosed, and this communication did occur occur around the same time frame. Personal curiosities ask if there may be a flag with the vendor, though it sounds like other packages went through just fine.

A member in a different channel (different situation entirely) did receive a formal seizure letter from CBP. We will not know if any of these members receive a letter until at least a week from now, most likely.
This is very concerning and I wonder if it's a result of the initial thread.... FDA to scrutinize all packs. Let's hope it's not the new norm and it's a 60 day blitz.

You know it was likely Big Pharma that pushed the government for this
It was they petitioned the fda to help so no more Americans are hurt/poisoned.

Thank you for the screenshots. I stand corrected.

So this is a shipping service, not USPS. Sounds like your vendor has a problem, as I just got a peptide order this week that DGHY was the carrier. Went through customs like liquid butter.

Can you disclose what port these items entered the country? Would be interested to know if it was Chicago.

Does anyone know who the vendor is that is associated with the five letters that went out about dangerous packages?
Well, we know the shipper is DGHY

Can't be, as she posted that other people in their "group" got their packages delivered.

Until this happens more frequently, this is probably just a one off "100% search" like what those CBP guys were doing in my posted video that her group got caught up in. Biggest question is did everyone who got their items confiscated only order peptides, or did you order oils as well. I know packages with oils seem to get scooped up more frequently. Maybe scent that dogs hit on, or maybe they leak.

But she was right that they got tracking notices saying no delivery due to dangerous item.

That's a new on on me.

The objective is to show that some people are receiving - and most likely will receive - notices like this, regardless of vendor. Another member did give the following consolation regarding this issue, though:

"I’ve had this happen with fragrances sent from overseas, they cleared customs and then were flagged by FedEx as “hazardous material” and I had to go pick it up at the airport fed ex in person."

So, it could simply be related to that, and have nothing to do with the post topic. Though, the volume of people receiving a similar notice is concerning given its relevancy.
Dude, you are not giving any constructive information and are basically trolling with the limited information that you are giving. Everyone here that has been in the grey market for more than a few months knows that they “might” get a letter from CBP. If you are not going to provide useful, actionable information or advice, please don’t clog up the boards.

they also dont have the jurisdiction to go that nutty on imports like the DEA can.

It’s up to 5 people today that ordered from a medium-known vendor who have gotten tracking notices that said unable to deliver possible dangerous items.
Where did you get this information?

None of this matters for our purposes - our vendors are not declaring our shipments as items under FDA jurisdiction. The FDA won't review them unless CBP passes it along after it's already been seized, but it would already have to have been confiscated by CBP to begin with.

Let's not forget it was the FDA who approved Oxyc*ntin 🙄
To be fair .. there isn't anything actually wrong with oxy. It did the job it was supposed to do. The problem was that the company that made it said that it wasn't addictive. This caused it to be way over prescribed.

Are these peptides? Or vials of some powder? Beauty treatments? Botox?
That's a good question! Price list looks to contain only peptides.

I wish I knew, I'm in the group that this information was disclosed to but was not part of the buy. I did ask a couple of questions and will report back when I have an answer. Also, there was an update from the person who posted the initial "dangerous item" screenshot:

"Update: I called the carrier, which is gofo this time and not uniuni, and they said it was released this morning and it should be delivered by Tuesday. Hopefully this is the case with everyone."

I hope that's the case as well.

I'm going to need you to calm down. I am very much aware that you can be a bit abrasive (putting it lightly) in your other conversations on this forum. We have not talked previously, so I'll simply not invest energy into this.

I'm saying what I know. I came to GLP1F specifically to research this topic because of what I was seeing in other communities. I am not anywhere in the wrong at all sharing information that may be applicable to this topic. If you have a constructive question, let me know. If I don't know the answer, I know the right people.

This isn't great news, but not the end of the world. I'm glad I stocked up. My plan is to wait it out. Our overseas friends are resourceful, and there is a lot of money to be made.

It doesn't matter. If you are in the group then it is relevant to you. Otherwise, it is not.

I mean if theres one vendor having issues landing packages maybe its friendly to share that info to prevent others from making that mistake, but that's just me.

Thought the President fired 80% of FDA so wth?
That last 20% really wants to fuck shit up, LOL

Yeah this was my take as well, good on you for wording it better. They cant seize what they cant see!
