I really wish that TikTok ban would have gone through. I would wager that part of the justification for keeping it is that people do a wonderful job telling on themselves and providing free intelligence to government agencies.

Its episode 3 at the 30:43 mark. Starts with some unlucky slob getting their Korean Botox confiscated (better luck next time MedSpa). Then they get to the boxes and boxes of peptides. Packaging looks like Ava/LSPL specials. Probably was LSPL product.

What's really painfully is how absolutely clueless the CBP agents are as to what they are handling/dealing with. They cut into stuff without anything other than exam gloves and N95s on at best. No PE gowns, no negative air pressure hood when examining easily aerosolized powders, just reckless abandon.

When you see CBP doing its utmost job while being filmed you will come to appreciate the fact that anything gets collected at all.

Watch here so you don't gouge your eyes out surfing this show....

I might be reading in too deep here...

Im already spinning up a dozen loopholes for this. FDA doesnt have the time or the manpower to go through every small parcel that gets imported. they also dont have the jurisdiction to go that nutty on imports like the DEA can.

Shipments can get reclassified to get out of their purview, theres probably a handful of things that can be done. no matter what they tried to do about HGH people still kept buying it and overseas vendors kept finding ways to get it in here.

At best, CBP may start doing what they did in Chicago a month or so ago. Surging agents to one or more specific ports of entry for increased scrutiny of small imports that only lasts for 30-60 days. They can't do it forever, and they don't want to anyway. CBP and DEA/DOJ have bigger fish to fry than Chinese Peptide Cowboys.

It’s up to 5 people today that ordered from a medium-known vendor who have gotten tracking notices that said unable to deliver possible dangerous items.

Yeah, that's not how CBP seizure notices work, which is what you will get if your package is not delivered and confiscated. Not a tracking notice.

So if the carrier is unable to deliver the possible dangerous items, does the carrier just toss property that isn't their in the incinerator or can they deliver the dangerous items back to the sender??? I've had ONE package get CBP'ed and after two and a half months of the tracking info showing the package entered customs in Chicago I got the notice of seizure. USPS never indicated why the package had stopped, only the last scan.

The mind wonders... Can you share a link to these reported "tracking notices"?

On a lighter note, STG is up to 24400 members, and is almost unreadable at this point as a source of information. Other than using it for the Vendor "Wares For Sale" section, I can't even look at it. It was good while it lasted, but its being fully TikToked to death.

Any more info? Like who was the vendor? Were all 5 with same vendor? Was the courier company mentioned? It wouldn't be badmouthing said vendor it's part of the game....

Vendor will not be disclosed, and this communication did occur occur around the same time frame. Personal curiosities ask if there may be a flag with the vendor, though it sounds like other packages went through just fine.

A member in a different channel (different situation entirely) did receive a formal seizure letter from CBP. We will not know if any of these members receive a letter until at least a week from now, most likely.
 
Does anyone know who the vendor is that is associated with the five letters that went out about dangerous packages?

If you're unwilling to share info, why make a comment? What are we to do with such vague info?

It doesn't matter. If you are in the group then it is relevant to you. Otherwise, it is not.

The objective is to show that some people are receiving - and most likely will receive - notices like this, regardless of vendor. Another member did give the following consolation regarding this issue, though:

"I’ve had this happen with fragrances sent from overseas, they cleared customs and then were flagged by FedEx as “hazardous material” and I had to go pick it up at the airport fed ex in person."

So, it could simply be related to that, and have nothing to do with the post topic. Though, the volume of people receiving a similar notice is concerning given its relevancy.
