Reta - 无影响

I wanted to give an update now that it’s been about four months — I officially hit my goal weight of 166 lbs (actually reached it about two weeks ago). I feel great overall and really happy with the results. I’ve since come off Reta and transitioned into a lean bulk phase. One thing worth noting is that I experienced zero side effects the entire time, even at a 10 mg dose, and I was able to eat pretty freely without issues. It almost feels like my body just tolerates higher doses well. I’ve noticed a similar pattern with AAS too. Overall, Reta definitely delivered for me, and I’ll 100% be using it again for my next cut.

I didn’t personally test the Reta, but I purchased it from a vendor listed under the Vendor Connections tab on this website. They provided Janoshik lab results for their batch. I don’t believe it’s fake, especially since my spouse struggled significantly with weight loss before and is now seeing noticeable changes. As for my part, I track my calories very carefully—I weigh everything in grams and stay consistent. I’m typically eating around 1,500–1,700 calories per day and getting approximately 180–200 grams of protein daily.
Never trust a vendor test. You don’t know that the test they posted is for the batch you received. You find others who bought from the same batch and do a group test so it’s affordable and you know what you’re getting.

Also, Reta doesn’t affect food noise like Tirz. It provides early satiety- in other words, eat a smaller meal and give it 10-15 minutes to see if you feel full before eating more. It seems to affect food noise at higher doses, but the satiety kicks in sooner.

UPDATE: Turns out this post was completely unnecessary 😅

Alright, I owe everyone an apology because this thread ended up being a total waste of your time — and that one’s on me. I was basing my entire opinion of my progress on how I felt and how I looked , instead of doing the obvious thing and actually stepping on the scale. The truth is, the scale and I haven’t been friends for a few years now, so I tend to avoid it about 99% of the time. I figured I’d just “know” if things were working based on appetite suppression, visual changes, or how my clothes fit.

Well… today I took my 6th injection , and something told me I should finally check the scale.

Turns out I’m down 24 pounds (11 kg) .

Yeah. I felt pretty stupid immediately after seeing that number, considering I just made a whole post questioning whether this was even working. Clearly, it is working — just not in the way I expected it to.

What’s interesting is that I still don’t really feel strong appetite suppression at all. I can eat normally, and I don’t feel dramatically different day to day. That said, my cravings are mostly gone, I’m not constantly thinking about food, and it’s been much easier to eat clean without forcing it. I guess the changes were happening quietly in the background, even if I wasn’t consciously noticing them.

So yeah — lesson learned. Sometimes progress doesn’t “feel” dramatic, but the data doesn’t lie. Thanks to everyone who took the time to reply and share their experiences. Sorry again for the unnecessary panic post 😅
I managed to avoid the scales so thoroughly that I got from size 7xl to xl or 2xl before I was prepared to even step on them, just too horrified to see the actual numbers, and even then was a bit disappointed to see I was still 115kg and had a long way to go, so clothes size can be used to track progress but is not exactly precise.

That's my wife. If she weighs herself, she doesn't tell me. I do Tues and Friday on the Repho. I know she's losing because she's wearing clothes she hasn't worn in years. I was funny as hell the other day. She was getting something out of the fridge, and her shorts just fell down.
