I just started at .5mg and can't even imagine 12mg! 😂 I don't have an issue with food noise in general so I hope it is working and will check the scale next week.
That’s was the same as me when I started in October.. felt little hunger until around 5 and each little bit above is not as dramatic a change

I'm currently at 4mg/week. I split doses on Mondays and Thursdays. I'm down 12.5 lbs in 5 weeks so far. I'm planning to go to 6mg/week with week 7. I would lose weight like the main character in Thinner if I went up to 12mg.

12mg ist almost nothing for me after 5 months. I think about 15mg.

Does the rise in your RHR not affect your sleep. I had to back off the 12mg dose because my sleep tanked. I was up every other hour going to the bathroom and having night sweats. I have backed off and will see what happens with my weight. If I start gaining, I'll check out adding a low dose of Cagri to curb hunger.

Im on 10mg every 6 days and added 1mg sema which helps. I started tracking my calories cuz i thought i was at 1500-1800 a day but forgot to add a powerade and slim jim added almost 500 calories and then 2 dark beers and 2 double shots of bourbon added another 700 plus.... i didnt get why i lost 21lbs and then nothing, now i see why.... 2700 calories.

Hey, @Airborne Daddy. I was just calculating this very thing yesterday - 10mg injected every six days comes out to somewhere in the neighborhood of 11.5-11.7mg per week.

I did this trying to figure out the easiest way to increase my dose from 10mg to 12mg per week, but using vials that had derivatives of 10 (20mg vials and 30mg vials). Clearly there are other ways of doing this, but 10mg every six days seemed easier.

No. Heart rate did not change. Sleep is as deep as always.

With 20mg i just add 60 units bac and 30 units is 10mg.... 60bac to 30mg is 20units for 10mg.

Without knowing your height, age, weight history, prior use of other GLP's etc etc it is a bit of a guess. Assuming you are of sort of tallish average male? height at 1.8m current BMI is still 39. You have lost 28 pounds or 13 kilos. This and the fairly short time frame should not be enough to cause drastic metabolic adaptation, so your daily calorie consumption will have dropped a bit from the weight loss but not enough on its own to stop it .

Usually at a BMI in that sort of range any reasonably low calorie intake of less than 2000kcal/day should cause some weight loss, even if you are fairly inactive.

I am also not sure how long your current weight has been static , if it is less than a month it could still be random fluid balance fluctuations rather than no further fat loss.

Also you are going to need to work out you calorie intake and output so you can understand what is going on. You really need to weigh every single thing you eat for a week or more to get an accurate picture , peoples' estimates are really inaccurate, and people often lie to themselves about how much they are eating, and then lie to themselves about lying to themselves.

Average weight loss from the most recent reta trial was about 29%, so you are not anywhere near that at around 9 to 10%, you could just be really unlucky , for every person who loses more weight than the average there has to be someone who loses less weight than average. The general lack of side effects does suggest you might have a lesser response than average.

Given you are using grey sourced peptides it is obviously possible you could be mis measuring your doses, so despite it sounding stupid I would strongly recommend double and triple checking your calculations and dilutions. Getting doses wrong is really common. It is also possible your reta is massively underdosed, so unless you know your batch has been tested it is likely worth getting another lot from a well known popular supplier, that ideally has a third party test already done on it , or even paying to get your batch or a new batch tested to be sure of what is going on with doses.

I would suggest going through all those considerations first before considering higher doses or combinations, it sounds like you are probably in the high risk weight range where higher doses or extra drugs are probably worth the risks, but without knowing sex, height, age and any other illnesses it is impossible to even start to consider it. There are no scientifically proven to be effective and safe treatments stronger than 12mg of reta, and even it is not officially approved yet. Getting some sort of medical checkup and bloods might be a good idea, in an ideal world you could get good medical advice first but that is not always possible.

After checking the other issues options would be a bit more reta, given you have few side effects this is not a bad idea. Or adding in low doses of cagrilintide and going up slowly in dose, starting at 0.25mg. or adding in low doses of semaglutide for extra GLP-1 agonism and extra appetite suppression.

Makes some sense

50 years old 6’2 started at 308 now around 280.

The change of supplier Reta coincided with my Christmas cheating week and the start of ipamolien.

I was at 5-6 mg at pre Christmas and have since raised to my current week two at 12mg , in an attempt to get the weight slope in a down curve.

Just before Christmas’s hit 277

Cheat Christmas week gained 9 and the flatlined for a month. I am now back to 280 but no where near the slope I was on pre Christmas even with doubling the stated dose .

Definitely appreciate the input … just an odd pause on tested product .. body comp feels better but scale has really stalled out .

The ipamorelin is probably the reason , it will increase muscle mass if you are exercising and will also cause fluid retention, both of which will counteract any effect of fat loss on the scales.
