I believe the example doses given by the calculator are arbitrary - those amounts are not relevant to retatrutide specifically.

I’m a bit confused as well, Please pardon me.elevator13 said:1ml = 100 units
1mg = 1000mcg
So, 10 units at a dilution of 12mg/2ml:
1ml=6mg
0.1ml=0.6mg
You took 600mcg. That’s a fine test dose to see if you tolerate the drug. The next step is an earnest dose of 1mg or 1.5mg. I personally started at 2.5mg.
16 units will give you 960mcg.
25 units will give you 1.5mg.
33 units will give you ~2mg.

How is it 600? I’m sorry, I’m a bit lost. To be honest, I’m not really sure at all.DragonOfTheSea said:With you dilution- 2ml into a 12mg vial, your concentration is 6mg/ml.
When you said you injected 10 units, that means you took a .6mg (or 600mcg) dose, not 150mcg.
