This winter i peak bulked to almost 200lbs, I've always loved food and i am a frequent snacker, ive always had issues with portion sizes and snacking on calorie dense foods like almonds or pistachios. This was the main reason i started researching peptides as i was curious on which ones would suppress hunger the most.
Needless to say, I started taking Reta and slowly started titating up my doses weekly, im finally on 1.5mg and am thinking of staying here for a few more weeks.
This dose is absolutely wrecking my cravings to eat anything, i never think about food, its getting difficult for me to maintain 160g protein daily, the meals which i use to steamroll off my plate are now sitting for extended times, (use to finish my food in like 1/3 of a youtube video but now sometimes lasts the whole video).
Clinically, this is a super small dose isn't it?, this stuff hits me like a truck.
Its crazy how it effects everyone so differently.
Currently down to 172lbs ~ Goal weight of 150lbs.
