I don't have cravings, but my wife does once in a while. These are interesting, and it lists 0 for net carbs.

I was a sugar junkie before Tirz, I literally could not get enough. I'm talking chocolate everyday! Tirz absolutely killed my sugar cravings. I hated Unflavored water, I had to put flavor packs in it and they had to be sweet. I used one of my flavor packs the other day and could not even drink one swallow of it.

The only problem I have now is I'm southern and sweet tea is life....well it was. I can no longer drink my sweet tea, I know it's a good thing but damn ima miss it.

EDIT: I still do not like Unflavored water but I started using the cirkul water bottle and can now adjust the strength of the flavors.

Half and half tea is a good stepping stone to reduced sugar/calorie intake.

Man...me too. But it is gummy things like nerd clusters and gummy bears. I didn't care about chocolate at all, and that has always been my weakness.

this question will seem random and out of left field, but do you have allergies? like seasonal (or basically year fucking round like me, I mean, I should be the girl in the bubble)? A time when they get worse, like write now?

I ask bc I'm on 10.5 of tirz, w/a low 3 of survo and up until my allergies decided to kill me in the last month and a half/2, my cravings have have been of the charts.

I have no data. I'm just asking.
I think GLP-1 medications may trigger an immune-type response. I tried both retatrutide and tirzepatide in different weeks, from shot day through day three I would get a runny nose and a flu-like feeling. Then from day four to seven, it would mostly resolve—it was like clockwork..

So I'm on 2.5mg every 5 days of Reta. Never had much of a sweet tooth or eaten many sweets in general but boy, on Reta seems I wanna just go nuts on sugary junk almost every day. I probably need to up my dose a bit to counter this as I've been at this dose 6 weeks but I notice similar even when I up my dose, though it does improve some.

Curious if this side happens to folks on Tirz?
yes I am one that when my BS drops you crave sugar I can eat ice cream on MAX doses of reta or tirz this shocks people but it is what it is

For me, Tirz at the very first dose completely shut down my cravings for sweets and my obsession with bread and baked goods. It honestly felt like a dream.

Now, after about 5 months, I can feel it starting to lose a bit of effectiveness, some cravings are coming back and I do have to resist them.

I’ve also started allowing myself to eat a bit more, because I’ve learned that too much restriction can backfire on me.

Was this tested for endotoxins (not just sterility)? Do you filter?

There are some 30mg orange top Tirz running around the apparently are testing high for endos and those could cause the effect you're talking about. Same for sterility, but you'd probably see your vial going cloudy after a while as the bacteria grow in it.
