thanks a lot! No, it's only Reta for now. I ordered MT2 as well. I hear it has some appetite suppression properties as well

my starting deficit was around 1200-1300

I believe it is much lower now as my bodyweight decreased significantly

Did you start at 3mg or work your way up? Also any side effects other then skin sensitivity? I am currently sitting at 220ish and plan to start at .5mg hoping to avoid any side effects at all. I would say 3 sounds high for someone who has a body weight less then mine but there no real guidelines except the trials and trial and error of people who are currently on reta

Great Results Mastodon,

I just started with Reta 4 weeks ago, I started at 0.5mg and have just jumped up to 1.0mg now. I haven't really seen any weight loss yet, but then again it is the Holidays, so I am definitely not eating correctly all the time .

Side effects have been fairly mild nausea for the first few days, but not crazy.

Thats some how true, but the hunger supression, will make him eat that less without feeling more hunger..
