Restricted Vender Tag?

I saw today one of the venders I was considering using has a bright red "Restricted Vender" Tag. What does this mean? Should I be concerned about placing an order with them moving forward?

It's just a temporary status for vendors that are slated to be deactivated at the end of the month and are restricted from posting, nothing to worry about.

If it's the one I'm aware of, their main contact is missing and their discord is overrun with scammers without moderation. Maybe there are two with the red tag, but if they haven't posted a new promotion in 3 weeks, I'd be wary.
