Thank you all! I started drinking a powder you mix with water called Nello Supercalm. I also am using Boiron Sleepcalm sleep aid and listening to sleep meditation or stories using an app and a headband. I started tracking sleep with my watch and it's maybe not too bad -- awake 26, rem 2 hours, core 5 hr 21, and deep was 38. that's last night.
