Restarting Reta

Hi all! I recently ran into a sourcing issue and won’t be able to continue the protocol that I have been running. Back earlier in the year is when I first started my GLP Journey. It was the first time I ever poked anything and it has been awesome so far. I started at .5mg and titrated up to 4mg/week for over a month. All was going good.

My question is once I am able to restart (probably a month or so), where should I begin? Should I go back to square one at .5mg or should I pick back up at 4mg?

Any other suggestions or similar experiences is greatly appreciated!

As annoying and expensive as it is, grab a vial or 2 from an American peps seller.

Dont even start until you have a year's worth of supplies stocked, if you're obese. If not, then it shouldn't be too much of an issue to play it safe and start at around 1mg, if all the medication has left your system. It doesn't really matter except for the sides issue. Some folks have talked about receptor desensitization but from your words, I dont think you were on it for long enough for that to matter. Of course, anything is possible. But this is what I would do. Start small, work big.

BST in some TG groups are also a way to go I think. Higher pricing than usual but cheaper than "AMERICAN MADE FREEDOM PEPS" type websites.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of reports of people stopping a GLP med for awhile and finding it substantially less effective when they restart. If there is any way you can avoid stopping i would recommend it. Even if you can just grab a single kit form someone with a US warehouse. Sell a kid or something if you have to, but I would recommending doing whatever you can to avoid stopping and restarting.

This is an imperfect way to communicate. Know your audience. Sarcasm, unless the reader knows you well, is difficult to convey to strangers without cues - /s, , jk, etc.

It didn't read as sarcasm at all particularly because you kept at it.
