T60 at Nexaph is currently priced at $498, T30 for $315. lol.

That's the price you pay for a website, credit card payments, and a few lies about being made in America.

My NEXAPH order just a few days ago for T30 was $195 while it was still in preorder sale status, which expired today when it went up to $315. Plus $10 shipping. My recent AMO/BFF pricing was $150 for T20 (I'm lower dose). But the shipping was $45. Sometimes the higher price is paid for missing the promos they advertise. Because the people not paying attention are going to pay more anyway because they don't know what it should cost or how it should work...until they do.

Buying overseas is definitely MUCH cheaper esp. if you join a testing group or find a few ppl to get in on testing with you. Some people are just not comfortable with the risks involved. When it comes down to it bfflist and Nexaph are pretty much the cheapest US suppliers. Also, I'm not sure that some ppl, esp newer ppl, understand that there are China vendors with US warehouses where you can buy cheap products with less risk involved. If only they would take the time to do the research. A couple years ago I spent 2 months researching before I ever got involved in Grey. While I don't mind helping someone who takes initiative, I'm not going to spoon feed, hand hold or babysit anyone.

If I were going to order from them I would do the 10mg kit (10vials). It is only $50 more than the 5mg kit. You would get twice as much and save $70

This is the direction I am going to go in the future. Plus once I start using crypto, I'll have even more options and better promo pricing.

True but there are still some China suppliers that accept other forms of payment. Just gotta research. Between my phone and laptop I probably have 5000+ pages of research most of it done before I ever bought or tried anything. Also I've joined many groups. Discords telegrams Peppy's Revolt etc. You can never learn enough. Knowledge is key.

If you buy in large quantities the cost vs. compounding are ridiculously less expensive...

After buying a decently large order from Amo around August of last year (I bought 4 kits of 60mg @ ~515/kit), when you add in testing/supplies I'm at around 1/5th the cost of compounding (or in other words, healthcare in a NORMAL first world country).

This is not to mention, I am buying the best materials that money can buy, and I've verified more or less my stash is of a high quality (versus trusting compounders at face value).

You say that but how many pay for sema ? I think Canada won’t for weight loss. Maybe the UK will ?

It's true. I read an article last year that said the actual cost to produce a pharmacy ready box of Ozempic was about five dollars. It’s crazy.

You have to store and ship it also. Not a small thing. But I think it’s more. The pens are just expensive to produce compared to a vial.

I would buy from a company that ships to a USA address. I just ordered from SRY USA warehouse. I ordered march 29th. It other today. I have no idea on quality yet , but the reviews on this site say they are good.

I would not stress too much on price. The cost of grey is so cheap , likely less than your copay when getting your script filled through insurance. You’re talking about a couple dollars an MG so sema for less than 6 bucks a week.

I didnt even know they made that. The highest dose of sema I have seen is sema30. Unless you were referring to tirz60 or maybe reta60? Please if you dont mind, can you clarify on what you bought?

I have a kit of sema20 which I bought from ASC (tuk angel) for $120usd. I bought it dec from the xmas specials. Not sure if it is legit or fake … So basically 12$usd for a vial of 20mgs semaglutide which is just ridiculously cheap. Even at doses of 1mg a week (I am unable to tolerate anything higher than 1mg) you will have a 20 week supply.

AVOID ASC and TUK. What I got what garbage and they would not replace or refund.
