Curious if anyone has regretted switching off of tirzepatide in favor or retatrutide. I have seen reports of people switching back to tirzepatide, but not sure how common it is.

I am hitting a stall with tirzepatide, but I have not given up on it, using 15mg/ every six days. I am interested in retatrutide, but not sure if it is worth the investment for me.
Just go up to 17.5mg and 20mg when it stops working. Also, you should be injecting Tirz every 5 days.

I tried switching and the Reta made be feel like I had POTS. I destroyed my sleep and would punish me anytime that I ate ANYTHING. Even a small meal or piece of fruit.

I was going to try strictly reta after being up to 10mg on tirz, but because of the HR side effect, I've had to titrate up very slowly on reta, and was already gaining weight back. So I think I'm going to try some sort of stacking routine. Maybe stay on 10mg tirz + 1mg reta and go from there. Obviously it feels very experimental as most posts on the subject are fairly loose with the details. And ofc everyone reacts differently.

I researched retatrutide and started it in May. Initially, I gained about 7 pounds. Once my dose was high enough, the weight loss began, and I got down to 183 pounds. But then I experienced strange side effects.

I started feeling cold, so I would go outside in the heat to warm up. Last month, at 10mg, the center of my back and legs began to tingle, and my back eventually felt itchy and painful. I wasn’t losing as much as I had hoped, so I went back to tirzepatide.

While I haven’t lost anything since switching back, the side effects went away. I’ll just work on some other peptides. Retatrutide, while I’m sure is great, wasn’t for me, and tirzepatide still keeps me from eating all the time.
It appears that the "cold" intolerance is very often reported by researchers on Reta including myself. I wear a sweater in the house even when temps in 70's. however have lost 100lbs in 8 months so that may contribute as have significantly lkess fat to keep me warm ha ha
