The domain has private registration, and the website itself is hosted out of Lithuania.

I'd avoid 'em. With those prices about the absolute best case is they're reselling European market zepbound, but we know there are significant issues with counterfeiting when it comes to the officially labeled goods.

You can’t just buy Zepbound in the U.S., it requires a prescription. This js a pretty obvious scam, IMO.
