Can one pen be used by swapping different cartridges for doses of different peptides?

I would say you could. It's fairly easy to swap out the cartridges.

I have had no food issues on Tirz. One observation, I need to eat less at dinner or my sleep quality goes down. I think its the slower emptying of the stomach means my body is working harder overnight.
