FWIW - If you need any nurse in the making advice, thoughts, rants, or whatever hmu. It isn't easy. There is good and bad with it all. Eventually finding where you fit is in my opinion the key. I mean get the experience, do the time or whatever but makle sure you find something you actually like. Everyone is different and will like something different.

I don’t prefill syringes because it’s not a good practice

The CDC has guidance on it. They don't recommend prefilling syringes because of the potential rick of administering it to the wrong person. Contamination isn't listed as a reason to not prefill syringes anymore. Unless Iamipac lives with a bunch of peptide junkies, he's probably fine Some meds come from the manufactures prefilled. My cat gets her pain meds in prefilled syringes.

I was never a CNA, but only because I was in nursing school. They called me a student nurse, but I was a CNA.

THANKS! That’s a nice comment. Most of the RN’s I adore and respect were once upon a time a CNA or LVN. I’m looking forward to becoming an RN soon.

The primary reason I pre-fill my research items is because of time constraints and my desire to adhere to my daily research material load. If I had all the time in the universe I'd probably draw each Peptide as needed then and there or buy 20 pens. HA!

THANKS for that encouragement and that's interesting that your pharmacy would send that out like that, so I guess what I’m doing isn’t as bad. I agree that buying more pens would definitely make my preparation so much easier. I do plan to switch fully to pens once I have more funds to purchase a butt-load more pens. LOL..

Curious as to why your Tirz is so dark and your reasoning for stacking Reta at such a low dose of Tirz?

HI THERE!

So the Tirzepatide is that dark red color because it’s actually from a compounded pharmacy that added B12 to the vial. Prior to coming into the research space I actually had a virtual care doctor at SHED and recieved Tirzepatide through their service. I’m currently finishing off the last of my Tirzepatide from SHED .

And I’m WAS stacking Retatrutide so low because I’m was testing out a transitioning phase to go from Tirzepatide (for the last 3 months) to Retatrutide moving forward, however, I might pause that effort and go back to Tirzepatide due to the fatigue I’ve been experiencing, which I’ve concluded, is being brought on by Retatrutide . I could be wrong. Perhaps it’s one of my other many peptides to blame. IDK.. HA!

Thanks for answering! I did Mounjaro 2.5mg for 11wks then 5mg for 7 months until goal. (75lbs) Built my stash around 5mg plus my Mounjaro script at 5mg continued (despite insurance informing me it might go away) so I added Cagri which extends my Tirz suppression on days 5 and 6. Lost a kush of about 10 more pounds. So in maintenance my stack is T5mg, C2.2mg... Cagri will go away if I lose any more weight.

I was wondering how you are sleeping when you aren't forced to be awake for work/school/life while using reta? I'm only taking sema and KLOW at the moment but I do have reta as well that I could add in next month for faster weight loss. Is that .5mg what you started with?

As a person who has struggled for most of my life with insomnia I am actually finding fatigue as a symptom a little bit attractive. I was wondering how you are sleeping when you aren't forced to be awake for work/school/life while using reta? I'm only taking sema and KLOW at the moment but I do have reta as well that I could add in next month for faster weight loss. Is that .5mg what you started with?

Yes, I micro-dose my GLP-1’s, whether it be Tirzepatide or Retatrutide, I prefer to micro-dose, taking 3-4 smaller doses rather then one larger dose. So I did 500MCG of Retatrutide M/W/F/S to equal a weekly 2MG. Still at the starter dose, I experienced extreme fatigue and drowsiness. If I were not moving around physically, I’d become sleepy. Though I know you might deal with difficulty sleeping, as do I, this fatigue is too much to bare. It made me tired, lazy, and unproductive. Not the way I think you’d like to live your life.
