Portion sizes and calorie dense foods

I often order just an appetizer for dinner or share meals.

Congrats on losing so much weight and continued success! It’s fantastic to hear such great accounts of long-term success.

I mostly try to avoid simple carbs, but the nutritionist who I’ve been working with wants me to eat more carbs in general (I’m sure he’d prefer complex carbs), but I do the best I can do.
 
love my raw balls , psyllium husk, protein powder and blended nuts with a small amount of coconut oil with toasted coconut.

High protein, high fibre and really they fill me up when on GLPz, sometimes add a shot of coffee to one for a morning pick me up. Some days one or two of these are all I need to eat in a day.

I read this quickly and was wondering what “raw balls” were and wasn’t sure if I was in the wrong forum 😂, but see that you provided the recipe afterwards, right? 😂

Fair to say most here are ballz deep when it cums to pepz.

Probably skimming decency with that one , but yes my simple recipe , super simple in a blender then roll over the optional toasted coconut. Filling and can loose weight without glpz on those raw balls . Just remember to keep them in the refrigerator.

Yup, just a little drizzle aaaand very important part, it has to be legit good olive oil!

This is my wife and I started 2 months ago when we jumped on Reta. Really haven't had a sweet potato yet, but we have one for when we cook a pork steak next week. We'll split both, as we've cut back on portion size, and the Reta has really helped for that. Still getting plenty of protein from meats, and protein shakes. I'm down almost 22lbs in 8 weeks.
