So did you find or would there be a therapeutic dose of Tirzeptitide that wouldn't cause weight loss? Does that question make sense?

A who person doesn't need to lose weight but a large enough dose for RA relief.

I guess it would be just an exercise in experimenting but your experience might give a baseline.
Alot of people have found a Therapeutic dose of Tirz, it's what you need it to be. It seems for most people I've read about it's 1.5mg to 4mg a week. Everyone will be a little different, I use 1mg Tirz & Reta each and it keeps me between the rails for the most part. Mind you I've lost about 400lbs (150 with GLP-1's) so I got a thing for FOOD!

RA is a different animal, I have immediate family with it and it has helped them get some relief from it. They take it for Diabetes and in that regard it has been fantastic for it and for the weight loss as well. I've been checked for RA, but came up ok. My Arthritic load is substantial though, I've only experienced very mild relief from it myself and before I got on the Pentosan. I tried the Semaglutide for 10 weeks, for my OA at the starting dose and couldn't handle the Heartburn. This is where maybe trying the Semaglutide, might be worth a try as well for RA relief as you got nothing to lose there. Someone could try a 12 week trial of each and titrate up as tolerated without losing to much weight if they were already at a good weight.

Thanks for this detailed response. Any thoughts on KPV? It seems to be a good choice for RA inflammation.

Only ran it once by itself, wasn't really noticeable. But when the house is burning down around you, it doesn't hurt to throw it in. I run KLOW, which seems more economical at this point. There really are alot of peptides that seem to have or list anti-inflammatory properties to them. Some of those might be a benefit, but taking to the time to research them independently, cost, etc is maybe what you have to look at. Seems like most people (me included) are sticking to the popular ones, for now.

I've posted varied places on my KPV response. I will not be without it if I can help it. Tirz was great for my inflammation. When I switched to Reta for maintenance, I noticed a difference. I began Kpv, and it was immediate 5 days on 2 off, cycle until vial is done, usually 6-8 weeks. I cycle off by preference, but definitely notice a difference w/o it. It also helps my gastro issues and darkness until my eyes is less.

1 vial lasted you 6-8 weeks? Aren't you supposed to use 1 vial within 30 days?

There is no concrete studies w/humans at large for KPV. Keeping peptides is a matter of ones own risk/tolerance. If it stays crystal clear and I still get effects from it, I"m fine with it. There are certain things I would not, but that"s just my preference, and I tend not to use those anyhow. My daily KPV dose, 5 days a week was usually .250mcg, with occasion 1.25 mg.

PPS/Pentosan Polysulfate Sodium. I do Telehealth with a Longevity Dr. 2-3X a year and he orders it through a Compound Pharmacy for me. I could type all day about this stuff, It's in stage III trials now, US & Australia and hopefully will be coming to market in 2027. It's a SubQ injectable, you do 6-8 weeks 2X a week for a loading dose and do this once a year. I actually stay on it, as what it does for my Arthritis. Some people get it online, others local Farmers supply store. Race Horses have had it forever and dogs have had it for a while now, my dog is on it through the local Vet with a Rx. If you Google it, it will come up as a Bladder medication which it is. That's not what I'm talking about there, cause it's been repurposed for OA. I pay about 1K a year, I can't take regular Nsaids cause of weight loss surgery. I like this video and how it explains it, I have no association with this Gentleman and his practice.

MODS Hopefully ok to link this, since I'm still new?
