So I actually do have a valid prescription for 10mg a week of Tirzepatide. I am not sure that would technically apply to reconstituting grey om my own

There is no simple, standard test that can unambiguously identify reta or tirz. The HPLC-UV and MS à la Janoshik are not enough. There are more than 10³⁵ possible permutations of the sequence. More advanced analytical techniques are required, which will take weeks or months and cost tens of thousands of dollars.
No customs agency is going to do that when all they have to do is throw the package away or send it back. Only the lab might be interested in taking legal action against a major retailer.
