Peps for women to support muscle growth?

similar, it really did me a disservice. If i shared pictures with you of how i looked after spending 9 months tring to build body tone and trim fat while in a large calorie deficit, vs how i looked after just 2 months of a maintenance/slight surplus and no changes in routine, you would probably laugh, i go from looking like a washboard to having a manly chest and veiny biceps, kinda crazy tbh
That's how I feel about my glutes, hamstrings and abs! Right before I started this deficit I was starting to get a line down my abdomen, and my entire posterior chain was crazy! Not so much now- I'm so looking forward to bulking again.

def some psychological stuff. personally i spent so many years losing weight naturally that when i got to low weight it was literally hard af to tell myself i needed to eat more if i wanted to stop looking flat, but quickly after bringing my cals up i got super toned and my stalled fat loss sped up and it melted off and muscle replaced it. wild how that works out.

I read that Ipa can cause issues with joints, I already have enough joint issues as is.

Did you experience a lot of bloating with tesa? That's the one thing that kept me from considering it. I have awful bloating that was fixed with tirz, but the idea of dealing with it again scares me.

I actually ran test c for a few years on and off! My ex husband was a powerlifter and convinced me to try it. I had a lot of energy, lost a lot of weight and built muscle, my jaw got sharper and my chin got more pronounced too. But of course there were a lot of negative effects lol. I was younger and not very responsible running it. They have all reversed, though. I have definitely considered microdosing it in shorter cycles.
I had zero bloat with Tesa. Though, I only kept my dose at 1mg/nightly as I was buying grey resale for a whopping $150 per vial. I love Tesa. It gave exactly the lean gains (and muscle sparing) that I wanted. It's actually my #2 peptide after Epitalon.

I did experience bloat with Ipa, but only one episode in months of use. It was a single day of very visible water retention in my extremities after I had been on a trip without any peps for a few days. Again, only for a day after the first dose back. Though, it was jarring, as it was excessive. Like, "Should I go to the ER? Where did my bones go?" excessive.

Say, have I told you how much I dislike Ipa yet? 😆

I am currently taking Tirz (2.5mg on Mon, 1mg on Fri) and have lost a good amount of weight, I am almost to my goal!

I have been lifting weights for 2 years now, and for the most part I haven't lost much strength while losing fat this year. Only muscle group that's suffering is my glutes. I've been thinking about taking Ipamorelin to try and help with re-growing the muscles, but I can't find many people/women talking about their experience with it. Also not sure if I will be stacking too much at once. I'm already tired of the nights when I do 3 pins at once lol.

I am currently taking:

Tirz

DSIP

Semax/Selank

GHK Cu

Adding 5 amino this week.
Love this topic! As a 50 yoa female it’s so hard to build muscle especially when trying to lose weight. In my very humble opinion you are doing great! Lost the weight with Tirz and strength training. Sometimes it just comes down to genetics. My ass is flatter than a credit card and my glute training is heavy. I been running HRT with small doses of my husbands TestC, 4mg RT weekly, Klow 4 mg daily. I’ve got Tesa MotC and 5 amino to add to my stack. Just want to add slowly so I can tell what’s working and not working. I don’t know how old you are but for an old head like me TestC is a good starter.

Interesting. I was going to say the women I know don’t use peptides to gain muscle. Younger I feel like Var then prim are common. Then older, test starts to get common in women my age (49). It is a standard option when common HRT doesn’t work from what I understand. My wife trying to dial in HRT now. Glad you dialing it in.

💯 at our age HRt has to be prioritized. Get that dialed in then start adding in GHRH and/or High and so on. Get ready for your wife tho. She will be needing that vitamin D🍆

Being female does limit options a bit, the only really effective agents at increasing muscle mass are androgenic anabolic steriods , testosterone and similar, but use and doses in females need to be done much more carefully to avoid or minimise adverse effects.

Secretagogues and hgh probably make a small difference to body composition , few percent at most unless using unsafe doses.

Optimising exercise and diet are the main requirement, gaining muscle in a calorie deficit is nearly impossible.

Ostarine at low doses might be worth considering , was studied in humans with semaglutide at 3mg and more or less abolished muscle loss with weight loss, and is thought to be safe at least in lower doses in women, as a SARM with low androgenic effects. Only available in 25mg pills from very few sites, so getting 3mg doses is going to require some mucking around crushing pills and measuring with accurate scales, but is at least actually proven in trials in humans to reduce muscle loss with weight loss with GLP drugs, and is quite low risk for toxicity at those doses. As far as I know it is still being actively researched as a add on to GLP drugs, which is a good safety signal.

When I first read this post, I was going to mention Ostarine, but then decided not to. I will now say, though, that it is available in liquid solution, which is easy enough to dial in the 5-10 mg dosage that a lot of women run for 6-8 week cycles.

What test dose do you find effective for yourself?

Right now I’m at 1mg twice weekly and my levels are slightly elevated so that’s good. I’m right where I want to be for now. If it creeps up I may knock it down a bit. But everyone is different. Low and slow

What your doing is smart, I’m honestly interested more from a quantitative perspective I’m a super data driven guy and I don’t see women using test often.

What Total t levels do you land at with 1m test c weekly?

Interesting. I haven’t heard much about Ostarine. Imma check into it and do some research on SARMs in general. Thanks

oh many of my friends use it as well. And I’ll have to check my labs and get back to you. I don’t want to give you bad information

Do you mind if I ask where the solution version is available? I have never actually succeeded in buying it as you have to pay separate postage for pills and most places that say they have it don't. And the dosage issue is a pain , due to needing to measure accurately 1/8th of a pretty small pill.

You bet. I’ll DM you. I’m not sure if any will ship to Australia, but if you don’t ask the question, the answer’s always no.
