For the cartridges they usually come pre-sterilized they said, but I am not sure how true that is.

Since I couldn't ensure it came sterilized and even with an autoclave you can't 100% sterilize them, I chose to stop using them personally.

I’ve used at least 100 of the AliExpress vials and have lived to tell the tale. I used to pop them in a phone UV sterilizer mostly because it put my mind at ease having done something, but i don’t really think it did much of anything so just raw dog them now.

Anyway, AliExpress ones have been fine for me.

Why not just buy a savvio in canada from polar bear or buy Canadian insulin? Maybe im missing the question

I did not know about that option and those sites are Canadian but don't sell to Canadians. The sites are geoblocked.

I just completed an Order with Bison Pharmacy for. Humapen Savvio . $10 PEN and case.$15 Postage. I am happy to but I found the whole process galling. Will let you know.
