I’m late AF to the party, but these pens are amazing

Do they come in different sizes like a 1/2 ml and 1ml?

You dial it to a specific number. Its pretty visual. And easy to test! Simply fill a vial with water instead of peps, and shoot into the back side of an insulin syringe, if you want confirmation of accuracy. I have 5 different pens loaded with different peps/blends. They work amazingly well. But, I do understand it is hard to change from something you KNOW works when dealing with injecting something into your body.

I find them quick and easy. Only difference is transfering your reconstituted solution to the cartridge (with venting it or it can explode from teh pressure). It is faster prep for subsequent injections imho. I have only seen 3 ml cartridges.

I have only seen 3ml. I tend to only use it for things I can prep at least 10 injections at a time or more.

Basically if we’re using 10 units with a syringe we’d use 10 units with the pen.

Yep. I just don't know if they come in larger capacity. @raw_oyster_eater uses lemon bottle fat melters, each bottle is 10 mL.
