I’ve always been a little anxious about everything, but I’m starting to think that it’ll stop me from ordering my peptides. A while back I wanted to buy peps, I paid the dude but then I got this extreme wave of anxiety and just told them “keep the money I’m good”. But I wasn’t good, I wasted time, money and I still wanted the peptides. Fast forward to now , I’m getting the money but I feel this small feeling of anxiety that I’ll “chicken” out of it again. I really don’t want to do that and I wanna know if this is a common feeling. Has anyone experienced this? Did you overcome it? How? Thanks

Do the leg work. Research everything. Know what you're getting into. Preparation helps avoid the pitfalls. That being said, if you are of an overly anxious temperament, then maybe this is not for you. Hope you can figure it out. 🙏🏼

first and foremost - only do what you are comfortable.

That said, if you are buying gray, it's daunting putting a lump of untraceable cash into a complete strangers wallet in the hopes you get something in return a few weeks later. I certainly get anxious about it, but nothing ventured - nothing gained 🙂

Buy from someone in the US to start with a US warehouse. Nexaph, Skye or similar. That's basically what I do, but don't use them due to pricing. I've had a few back ordered, and had to what for it to get to the warehouse from CN.

This is essential advice for us cautious types. I studied peptides for three months before I ordered any, and by the time I did, I felt I knew what I needed. I see new people, especially young new people ordering up a bunch of crap not even really knowing anything about what they're doing. They're throwing money in the trash at best, and putting themselves in danger potentially. Too much research is MUCH better than not enough. And understand that even with adequate research, you're going to be a bit nervous the first time you buy, the first time you buy from China, the first time you use crypto, etc. Don't miss out on life changing tools because it's a little scary starting out. I was terrified of public speaking until I realized that with adequate preparation, I actually enjoyed it and was good at it. So too with peptides.

There are peptides for that.

I learned of peptides from a gun forum, of all places! Not the best place for this kind of info.

The biggest thing that helped me was finding a mentor; someone that could explain things I didn't understand yet (for example, the fact that peptide vials are only 3ml so your reconstitution has to be some number ≤3ml). Never even heard of peptide calculators over there, either.

Posting questions on the forum is good, but some people forget what it's like to be the newb, and lash out or insult. If you've got a thick skin, ask away here! If not, try finding someone to exchange pm's, texts, emails or phone calls with. One-on-one helped me the most.

I’ve been researching for about 6 months lol I’m super serious with these kind of things (almost anxious 🤔)

lol don’t worry I used to ask questions on certain forums it doesn’t get worse than that 😭

Well, as I said above, I prefer to err on the side of caution as well. This endeavor isn't one that should be taken lightly; you want to be prepared and to minimize the risks as much as you can. That said, there are costs to not doing anything too. My 2-3 month process of research showed me that SS-31, Mots, Klow, Tesa/Ipa, and Reta were the five generalist tools that supported my goals most parsimoniously, and all of them have improved my quality of life in both different and synergistic ways.

I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with Reta and am experimenting with Tirz to see if it suits my needs better. It's too early to tell for sure, but my initial impression is optimistic. That said, I've lost about 35 pounds in ~5 months or so. I largely attribute the weight loss to Reta. It also has reduced systemic inflammation in my body, which was a big part of why I was carrying the extra weight.

There's never been one single substance that I've ever tried that improved my sleep more than Tesa/Ipa, and it does the other things it's supposed to do as well. It also seems to have cognitive and mood benefits for me if I use it during the day, though I ran out of it before I had the chance to discern the extent of that. Atm, I'm using another growth hormone secretogogue that I don't like nearly as much (for my own purposes) and when I'm done with it, I will be going back on Tesa/Ipa after a break.

Klow is excellent on its own, and I look forward to continuing my experiments with its components going forward.

SS-31 and Mots... you can have them when you pry them from my cold, dead hands. I was on team Do Both At The Same Time before the recent research hitting the peptide-osphere recently suggested that. I had seen the arguments of SS-31 first and then Mots and vice versa. I tried SS-31 and then Mots and I think it's wise to suss out tolerance issues before you start stacking shit together, but these two work powerfully and synergistically together in a way that, for me, is more like 1+1=10 than 1+1=3. SS-31 and Mots together gave me my life back, and quickly once I started using them both together.

So there is a cost to waiting too long. I'm glad I took the time to discern where to start, according to my own goals, and started with a good working knowledge of how things should be done. But there is a reason why you will hear people talk on this forum about stocking years worth of peptides in case the apocalypse is thrust upon us. It's not a coincidence that you will hear so many stories about how much better people's lives are after using these tools.

Like 30 years ago, we had to order stuff internationally almost always, send money western union, hope for package in 2-3 weeks. Get it, be super nervous, write return to sender on package, leave inside by front door for a few days, then open. I guess the paranoia still is there. Mine wore off 20 years ago. Though bringing gummies to the airport still gives me that feeling for some reason.
