Well, as I said above, I prefer to err on the side of caution as well. This endeavor isn't one that should be taken lightly; you want to be prepared and to minimize the risks as much as you can. That said, there are costs to not doing anything too. My 2-3 month process of research showed me that SS-31, Mots, Klow, Tesa/Ipa, and Reta were the five generalist tools that supported my goals most parsimoniously, and all of them have improved my quality of life in both different and synergistic ways.
I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with Reta and am experimenting with Tirz to see if it suits my needs better. It's too early to tell for sure, but my initial impression is optimistic. That said, I've lost about 35 pounds in ~5 months or so. I largely attribute the weight loss to Reta. It also has reduced systemic inflammation in my body, which was a big part of why I was carrying the extra weight.
There's never been one single substance that I've ever tried that improved my sleep more than Tesa/Ipa, and it does the other things it's supposed to do as well. It also seems to have cognitive and mood benefits for me if I use it during the day, though I ran out of it before I had the chance to discern the extent of that. Atm, I'm using another growth hormone secretogogue that I don't like nearly as much (for my own purposes) and when I'm done with it, I will be going back on Tesa/Ipa after a break.
Klow is excellent on its own, and I look forward to continuing my experiments with its components going forward.
SS-31 and Mots... you can have them when you pry them from my cold, dead hands. I was on team Do Both At The Same Time before the recent research hitting the peptide-osphere recently suggested that. I had seen the arguments of SS-31 first and then Mots and vice versa. I tried SS-31 and then Mots and I think it's wise to suss out tolerance issues before you start stacking shit together, but these two work powerfully and synergistically together in a way that, for me, is more like 1+1=10 than 1+1=3. SS-31 and Mots together gave me my life back, and quickly once I started using them both together.
So there is a cost to waiting too long. I'm glad I took the time to discern where to start, according to my own goals, and started with a good working knowledge of how things should be done. But there is a reason why you will hear people talk on this forum about stocking years worth of peptides in case the apocalypse is thrust upon us. It's not a coincidence that you will hear so many stories about how much better people's lives are after using these tools.
