Oh boy it messes with your sleep. On day one of 250mcg I slept a-ok. Next day on 500mcg (~700mcg blood levels) and I slept okayish, definitely slightly noticed sleep disturbance. Day 3 I took another 500mcg (~1200mcg blood levels) and I slept at 6:30am last nightyelloeyes said:

I took 500mcg for 5 days the first time. Sleep time just kept getting shorter. Now I never use more than a couple days in a row. Started getting better immediately. Funny enough, I felt nothing my whole Teso cycle a few months back. Today is my first day of Mots-C and I actually probably feel something. Like natural, clean energy. Interesting!!

Reta made is so easy to reach goal. I'm using Tirz for maintenance because I'm a Tirz-gal but will absolutely use Reta in the future to switch things up.

No, ended up staying with tirz. Currently like 7.5lbs from initial goal weight at this point, probably aiming for another ~20 total though at this point.
As interested and tempted as I was by reta, I've responded so well to tirz it didn't seem worth it in the end to switch.
Might still give it a go for maintenance, we'll see in a couple of months

@chmuse The whole loading into cartridges and sucking extra air out looks like a lot on "YouTube " ... does it become quick and easy to get that down to a science ?
