Hi, I started using Reta at the beginning of the year, I did 0,5mg twice a week and I had great results.

At the end of my diet I had to titrate to up to 0,75-1mg twice per week and it started to not hit like at the beginning. Therefore I thought I should just stop taking it and start my reverse diet, but the hunger/appetite got so worse. Should I titrate up again? I was thinking of doing 1,5mg 2x per week. Or is there anything I can do better? I would be really grateful if you could help me out.

I wish you all a great day/evening/night

I would definitely titrate up.
Mm what should I try? maybe 1,5mg twice per week? And on which days? For example Monday and Thursday? Or should I just do it once a week like Wednesday?

Welcome aboard. I wish I could help but I'll tell you when I started. After the initial 2.5ml dose I was on 0.5 ml once a week for about 6 months. Lost 4lbs a week like clockwork. Plateau had to bump to 0.8 I'm on 1.0 now. Sounds in my opinion only what you shot twice a week should be plenty. Hopefully one the veterans at this will hit up your post. Wish you the best.

If you arent having any side effects, then its perfectly fine to titrate up and find that sweet spot for you. Alot of the times people here have mentioned that once you get to around the 4 mg mark for reta, that is when it really kicks in. For me personally i can also say this is what happened to me. I started reta April 11th, and started at 1 mg once per week, and immediately felt all of the effects of it next day, nausea, headaches, extreme appetite suppression, skin sensitivity, etc. I eventually after 2 weeks on 1 mg got really used to it and all side effects went away, and ended up titrating up to now at 6 mg where i feel comfortable, losing weight consistently every week (1-2lbs) and not bad side effects, good appetite suppression, no food noise, and skin sensitivity. Currently down 17 lbs since i started in April. Starting weight was 205 and now at 188. Hope this will be helpful for you in your journey!

Yeah, try that. I have been on it since 1/5 and I am up to 3mg every 3.5 days now.

I am so proud of you, that you already lost so much weight holy shit!! Thats so nice and I am 1000% sure you'll manage even more!!

I started in January and lost 44 pounds and now I am trying to upper my calories again just a bit, and thats why my appetite has got even worse and I want to control that.. I think I'll try titrating because I am not having any side effects / even effects at all. Thanks!
