May have missed the part where they are trying to argue in court that GLP1 peptides are "molecules" and hence its illegal for compounding pharmacy's to make due to the shortages. It's something to do with the changing the drugs categorization, which would then change the protection under the law.HumanusExMachina said:Eli-Lilly calls retatrutide "a molecule"? When that seemed to have failed, they released single vials for $600 each, convinced or bribed the FDA in declaring the shortage is over, hence making compounding illegal.
