After my first round of research with 2 vials from a US source, I started a vial from a reseller (one of 10 vials I am researching with) that was obviously from Q. My subject started getting quarter-sized itchy welts at the research site that would show up about a day after pinning and would leave a darkened spot for a week or two afterward. Flonase did not help much.

Interestingly my subject started vial #3 from this Q batch this week, identical in every other way to the other vials. No ISR this time! Do ISRs sometimes depend on the individual vial because of differences in residual substances, pH etc?

Did you rotate to a new test location?

I had pretty bad ISR my first 3 pins, then suddenly by week 5 they just stopped. Like my skin stopped fighting it!

Those doses were all same exact bottle from compound, same alcohol wipes, same syringes so who knows?

Maybe your body just finally adjusted?

no. was rotating around to see if the location was the problem and it wasn't. so same location as usual (rotating sides)
