I've been lurking here for awhile. 43M mainly getting started after a coworker mentioned Reta. That led me to Reddit which eventually led me here. Ton of good info.
I've been on Reta now for 7 weeks. Lost about 20lbs which is a little faster than I want but thats a good problem to have. SW 216 CW 195 GW 175.
Just ordered some BPC, and also thinking about pulling the trigger on CJC 1295(no dac)/IPA combo.
