I was gonna say..I remember people drove in a line, up to the nurse, who blasted your arm through the window..this was for the swine flu outbreak, 1970s.

They Never did that again, so either there was a major problem, or too expensive.

For me, and for a lot of people who discover that needle injections are a non-issue, this would be adding cost, likelihood of breakage, and some uncertainty of continued use to solve a problem that doesn't exist.

A very very small needle gauge!

Oh yes I use 32G on my pen needles, 4mm and 31g 8mm. they just slide in easily.
